At the Martin School our students become inspiring leaders. Our internationally recognized faculty has carried the program to unprecedented success. Since 1995, the Martin School has consistently ranked as one of the nation’s top Public Affairs programs by US News and World Report. In 2009, the School was ranked 4th in the country for its program in public finance and tax policy. The program boasts more than 800 graduates from its MPA, MPP and MHA programs and it has awarded more than 40 Ph.D.s. Students in the Martin School, and throughout the entire university, benefit from its programs in educational policy, economic development, nonprofit management, and environmental policy. Financial support not only enables the School to maintain this tradition of excellence and continue to educate entrepreneurial policy leaders, but to develop in new directions. The Martin School will expand its research, teaching, and civic engagement on the international policy scene: global reach, with a local impact, training the policy- makers and benefitting the citizens of the 21st century.
The goal of becoming a Top 10 Public Policy Program in the US is facilitated by your donation. By giving to the Martin School Growth Campaign, you are making an investment in the program’s future. Financial support helps the School succeed in a competitive environment by enabling the endowment of professorships, assisting in the recruitment of superior faculty and students, and by helping to create
essential new facilities. By giving to the Martin School Growth Campaign you are making it possible
for students within the Commonwealth and throughout the world to attain an internationallyrecognized
education in Policy Affairs and Administration. Help us build on our success by investing in the Martin School.
