| The English language training program consists of two semester of intensive English as a Second Language (ESL) classes. These classes are developed by the University of Kentucky Center for ESL and include reading, writing, and speaking components. These classes are also customized for our program’s international professionals. The emphasis of these courses is to build upon participants’ existing English language capabilities and to help participants complete academic courses and internships. They involve writing essays, professional memos, and reports and each participant completes an individual presentation to the group at the end of the second semester. |  |
