Martin School Research Assistantships
Over $100,000 in stipends is paid annually to students assigned to research positions with Martin School Faculty. Students are expected to work 20 hours per week for which they are paid a stipend of $9,000 and receive a tuition scholarship and a health insurance policy. A number of hourly positions are also available to students working with various grant projects.
Martin School Alumni Fellowship
This $2,500 award is given to a new or continuing student selected by the Director of Graduate Studies based on the applicant's academic record and application essay. Students are notified by letter.
Graduate School Funding
The Director of Graduate Studies for each program may nominate new students who have been admitted by February 1st. In the recent past Martin School students have been the recipients of the following fellowships (in which all include tuition and health insurance in addition to the stipend):

The Transportation Systems Management Fellowship
This provides graduate students who are participating in the Transportations Systems Management Certificate a research assistantship opportunity. Students may work on Transportation Center-approved projects for 32 weeks while school is in session. This pays $8,000 plus tuition. There is also opportunity of a $6,000 academic scholarship if participating in the certificate program. For more information, visit www.cti-academy.org
